GSA Contract Attainment
The GSA Multiple Award Schedule is one of the fastest-growing federal contract vehicles — accounting for over $80 billion in annual purchases. BCG has a proven, efficient method to get your company under contract and positioned to win.
What is a GSA Multiple Award Schedule?
In the late 1980s and early 1990s, the General Services Administration (GSA) developed a contract vehicle that allows companies to offer direct delivery of commercially available products and services to the federal government. Participation is open to all qualifying companies across manufacturing, distribution, service, and specialty sectors.
These contracts have an initial term of 5 years, with three 5-year options to extend. They are "evergreen" — companies can continuously update pricing, products, and administration throughout the contract life.
Today, GSA and VA Multiple Award Contracts account for over $80 billion in annual purchases and represent one of the fastest-growing contract vehicle areas available to commercial companies.

The BCG Contract Development Process
A proven, efficient method refined over 30 years — designed to minimize disruption to your business while maximizing speed to award.
Initial Business Review (IBR)
We begin with a formal IBR — a structured meeting to understand your commercial sales practices, product lines, pricing, and past performance. This gives BCG everything needed to complete your offer.
Offer Development
BCG completes your entire GSA offer package — product listings, pricing schedules, required representations and certifications, technical proposals, and all supporting documentation. Typically completed within one week of the IBR.
Offer Review & Submission
We return to your team for an Offer Review before submission — ensuring accuracy, alignment with your commercial practices, and readiness for GSA scrutiny. From IBR to submission is typically under 10 days.
Negotiation
BCG acts as your advocate throughout the GSA review and negotiation process. We develop and implement a complete negotiation strategy to protect your profitability and ensure favorable contract terms.
Contract Award
Our average time to contract award has been under 97 days. Once awarded, we support your post-award requirements including pricing updates, product modifications, compliance, and sales reporting.
Ongoing Administration
GSA contracts require continuous management — mass modifications, pricing adjustments, product additions, audit support, and CO coordination. BCG provides comprehensive ongoing administration so your contract stays current and compliant.

Why GSA?
Long-term, stable revenue. Federal agencies can purchase directly from GSA contractors without a separate competitive bid — giving contract holders a significant competitive advantage and predictable revenue stream.
State Leverage
Your GSA contract can also open doors at the state level. BCG supports the development of state-held contracts that leverage your GSA terms and conditions — including CMAS (California), TXMAS (Texas), and similar vehicles.
Experience That Matters
